1. Grind & Fill

Concrete Grinding via diamond tools and filling all cracks with heavy duty crack fill material and silica.

2. Clean & Vacuum

Vacuuming the residual concrete dust is vital to ensuring a strong bond between the substrate and the coating.

3. Squeegee & Roll

Industrial Strength Epoxy Coating is squeegeed and rolled to ensure the floor is fully coated.

4. Feed The Chickens

Let the fun begin!! We hand broadcast vinyl flake onto the epoxy just like Grandma used to "feed the chickens."

5. Scrape & Level

Scrape up the excess flake to ensure a flat and uniform surface before topcoating.

6. Roll & Seal

In the final step, we topcoat the flake with a high solids polyaspartic topcoat.
